At the time of this writing (29-12-2014) there is no CELTA or TEFL centre in Da nang. You will have to do it in Hanoi/Saigon to earn the certificate or Thailand.
The only teaching certification in Da nang is the INTESOL. The INTESOL is said to be equivalent to CELTA and is also highly recognized in Vietnam as a teaching certification.
